There are two species of African rhino, white and black. Their trademark horns make them vulnerable to poaching and the species are under threat. Rhinos are curious animals with excellent hearing and sense of smell, but with very poor eyesight. Since they can't see very well they react solely based on their hearing and sense of smell which makes their behaviour very unpredictable. Despite efforts to protect them, rhinos are still under threat.
